They must have at least one FFL on staff who can receive it, if you can figure out how to ship it.
How do they send it back to the owner? Never had to send one in so haven't experienced the joy of getting one back.
I do not know about Glock, but Ruger and Sig Sauer sends you a box to the front door. You package up your handgun and FedEx shows back up and ships it off. Ruger will get it back to your front door hopeful not too long. Sig Sauer will have it back within 10 days.
