Ummm, don't these statements contradict one another?
Maybe it should read "private" road in (7).
What am I missing?
Having both covers it.
Maybe I'm just "thick", but the way #7 is written, it seems to suggest that it is an offense to shoot anyplace in public "other than" (or except) a public road or a sport shooting range.
Then in #9 it goes on to state what we all know to be unlawful.
It still seems contradictory to me, or at best redundant. Who writes this stuff anyway?
