I believe they still count them as Gen 3 or maybe a Gen 3.5. The back strap on the RTF does not change. It is just like the Gen 3, but with the RTF. I know that the rough texture causes you to wear a whole in your shirt if you are not careful.Tahoe132 wrote:That is interesting, the tag on the rtf guns at the booth I bought mine at said Gen 4 on them as well. The first Glock is a Generation 4. While the second Glock is what they call the RTF (Rough Texture Frame).
