Puprlehood, on this much, we agree. And considering his administration's multi-faceted attack, we've got to keep watch in 360°. :nono:

As for ACORN...They are stupid!

Just wondering.
I call them mobsters, because what they are doing is "organized crime" against the Constitution and our guaranteed rights and freedoms, including our prized 2A.

Edit: Gansters would work just as well.

Purplehood wrote:LOL. Geeze, I need to clarify. I don't support communists, or poison-kool-aid drinkers or any of the other bizarre things some folks are spouting off about. What I am saying is that Bush appointed similar individuals with differing titles. I realize this is okay since he was "your guy", and I am not equating those appointees with the Obama-bunch. I am saying that what is being done appointment-wise has precedent and is within the scope of his powers until and unless it is challenged in SCOTUS.
Purplehood, I'm not trying to cut you off at the knees. While I voted for W2, I had many beefs with some of his actions, or lack therof. I supported several of the things he did too. I wouldn't go so far as to claim him as "my guy" either. He was much closer to the center of the pendulum swing for my taste, but he was certainly a far better choice than Gore or Edwards! But what gets me worked-up is when I hear Obama's actions being defended with the "well W did it" excuse. As I said before...Bush isn't a litmus test for what's right and wrong. We need to distance ourselves from that mindset. Wrong is wrong, no matter who does it.

I guarantee that most of the conservatives on this forum had a major wrinkle in their shorts during the W2 years...starting with the border and the weak stance on illegal immigration. Looking the other way and softly saying "stop" ain't gonna get the job done.

I don't know how much they make, but just look in the mirror and you can see where the money comes from. Oduma is dangerous. He is using Czars to usurp Government procedures that are in place to protect Americans from corrupt politicians.

Oduma is the single biggest threat to democracy this country has ever faced. We are in seriously dark times folks.
You do realize that President Bush had a Czar or two also?
Bush never appointed cabinet members or advisors with a title of nobility, which in itself, is unconstitutional. Further, these czars don't have to fill-out the standard questionaires and paperwork required for advisors, and they didn't have to have FBI background checks. We know what their titles are, but do we know what they are doing? There is absolutely no oversight of them (except the White House). We don't even know how much they are being paid, yet we are paying them. To compare that to Bush advisors is quite the stretch, but I'll yield that I didn't agree with everything that Bush did either. Bush isn't the litmus test, and I agree with 03Lightningrocks that the excuse "Bush did it" is getting really old.
