Thank y'all for the information references. I'll look into some of the forums and dig up some info.
I have read that they are very hearty/durable wheel guns. Mine is a medium frame so I don't anticipate much recoil at all. I'm excited to shoot it in the next week or so.

Dan Wesson revolver?
I recently acquired a stainless steel Dan Wesson revolver chambered in .357. It is a six shot cylinder with a fixed barrel and adjustable sights. The barrel length is 2 1/2" I believe. I cannot find the model number on it and was curious of that, but I can't find much info on any of the Dan Wesson models except the blued version with the interchangeable barrels which this one is not. Any forums or links are appreciated. I will try and get some pics up after I get it nice and clean or after I shoot it...I know if there are no pics it didn't happen
