Radio talk show guy correctly suggested that if Trump wins and California wants to leave, the rest of the country would say bye bye. But if Biden won and any state wanted to leave, Biden would nuke them to keep them in the country.
They are so broke, we'd have to loan them money to run away. (and I would!) :lol:
Assuming a negotiated divorce between the West Coast and the Lower 45, I think this is a serious statement, i.e., what is the cost to me and my family of the disruption in national public finance, financial markets (including currency markets), national security costs, and who knows what else.
