I have lurked here since I took my class last October.

In answer to TexasTC's question: I looked over the application on the CHLPP website and it clearly says the applicant accepts the limitations and restrictions stated in the policy/agreement. I couldn't find the policy/agreement on the site so I called the CHLPP number and left messages twice last month. I finally got a response the first week of January. The representative said they would send me a copy of the policy/agreement in the mail to review. I gave him my address. It's been more than two weeks and I haven't received a thing.

I gave up on them.
