Who administers the oath? No judge or court officer, or Notary is ordinarily available. All the interviews I participated in were at my office, none at FBI offices.

The shockwave could come hunting Hilary if and only if a whistle blower came out with evidence for a cover up from a high level. This is the only way justice can be uphold for the sake of United State of America.

No kidding. She deleted 30,000 emails, stored classified information on private server and then no charges. There was no intention nor conspiracy to dodge the Freedom Act to access public information. She sent en email to modify a classified doc and send it over unsecured fax. Ha ha ha ha , no charges.
