What you need:
1) Your smartphone with GPS.
2) Earphone or ear buds, better be with 24db noise cancellation.
3) A software to localize all CHLers in the vicinity mapped on Google map.
4) A multi-party phone call meeting software like Ooovoo or zoom relaying all CHLers.

Now CHlers are equipped to be first responders in Kenya-mall type incidents. :biggrinjester:
