They deployed like 10,000 Swat team members to capture 2 guys on the run. Since these are useful only for the military and for mowing down dozens of people why were police officers holding them in every critical situation. Police officers should only carry S&W Model 10s with 158gr. RN ammo or Rem 870 shotguns. Or better yet when confronting a bad guy take a double barrel shotgun stand in the open and fire both barrels you sure don't need an AR15 to capture one two bad guys.
