Please, have you read the article? I see nothing wrong in the new law. The purchaser has to declare the same info on the Federal form that you leave with FLL dealer. Now, that info is in the background check. What is wrong with that? An incompetent mentally ill person would lie on the form, he is crazy and insane, no? You can't blame him, do you? Now the NICS would deny him access to firearms.

Good bill, IMHO.
