I too did not have a fb page till last year and now I am very active. It is very addictive and I have like few hundreds friends. Mostly extended family members. We started a family page and we have more than 150 families of our extended family on the fb page. The plan is organize and strength our charitable family Association to help and support those who are in need. Note that back home there is no social welfare, nor governmental loans for those who would like to attend non-public universities, such as the American University of Beirut, my Alma Matter.

I am also active in my HOA and kids school's PTA fb pages.

I also post and support 2nA issues. Even when my audience are not living in the US.
