A pretty women who has 90-95% of her body exposed and someone who is in his speedo (not on the beach) should be treated the same. Indecent exposure for some and morally acceptable for others (i.e. in liberal societies) . I would not go further than that and start suggesting what is not under the that skinny black dress...
