If Chicago didn’t have enough problems - 50 strangled women in Chicago. May have a serial killer.
I guess strangling women doesn’t get anyone’s attention until it reaches 50.

Violence in Chicago reaches a new low even for Chicago.
A nine year old boy on his way to his grandmothers house was lured into and alley and assassinated by gang members because of his fathers membership in a gang. The father is not cooperating with the police. The police have offered a large cash reward and relocation expenses for anyone who provides information on the murderers.
Welcome to gun control.
Apparently this is a wake up call for Chicago. Really.
