The guy should be charged with "home invasion/burglary" he stated on the audio tape that he broke into a house ( and not just walked in by mistake) at unknown address. Stone Head, or to much drugs?

Maybe the owner should let the dogs enjoy a bath with the intruder! On the audio tape he was dropping balonies!
