Justice system FAIL

Justice system for minority, poor, dark-skinned people, people of color, victims of unjust social society FAIL big time:

24-years suspect in latest church murder:
Steven Lawayne Nelson, 24, is being held pending a charge of capital murder. He was arrested at an apartment complex in the 2400 block of Brown Boulevard around midday Saturday — about a half-mile from the crime scene.
Police swarmed the Woodbridge complex and surrounded the apartment where Nelson lived with his mother.
Rap sheet:
According to public records, Nelson was convicted of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in October in Dallas and was sentenced to eight years of probation.
Then, in November, he was sent to a state facility that houses defendants who violate their parole, community or mandatory supervision conditions. He was released less than two weeks ago.
Since 2005, Nelson has served some jail time for convictions of property theft, burglary and unauthorized use of a vehicle.

cyrusdevirus said on March 5, 2011 at 10:15 PMDallas County Judge, Grand Jury and Department of Parole and Probation..... you guys should be ashamed of yourself to let this animal running loose after he committed violent crimes. Instead of getting prison time, you granted him probation which he apparently violated. He was only locked up from November to February (3 months). Parole and Probation Board cut him loose 2 weeks ago so he went to commit a murder. Bunch of pathetic people! Go home and take a good look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself this question " Have I done any justice for the victim?"
