Story is conflicting. One news source says that he was laying below a car and refused to come out and pointed his BB at the officers, the other news source says he hid behind a car and then charged at the officers with a pointed gun. 2 LEOs fired and barely missed him.
I used to frequent that area and that Chinese Buffet, that was like 2 years ago.

Bank robber broke, Do not pull your BB!
In addition to being an idiot, broke and deployed to the crime scene with a Cabie, He pulled a BB on the PD officers. Pretty stupid. Maybe he never heard that PD officers are shooting any suspect, armed or otherwise. Shoot first, cleared later.
