Open carry a long rifle. Of course, if it is legal it is legal however, Some LEOs are narrow minded and would side with a grandma when she sees a man riding on a bike with AK on his back. Most likely the guy would be pulled over and questioned for his intent carrying an AK. If he was going to the range, most likely he is let go. No harm. all is good.
