Don't know about a training instructor, and this person is not a female, but I'll give a plug to my CHL instructor, Josh Felker. He's a good guy, matter of fact, ex-military, but not too hard-core and not condescending at all but very patient. Had an older lady probably in her 70's in our class and he treated her well (along with everyone else). Very professional and helpful and definitely one-stop shopping. I went to the class, paid my fee, got fingerprinted, he helped with all the forms, and a month or two later, my plastic showed up. So far, I haven't learned anything that disagrees with anything he taught in the class. He also has an advanced weapons class, and that might be more of a weapons training class.
