Re: UT Handgun Policy
I think there are multiple items that fall outside of the legislature's intent and will be challenged. Unfortunately, people, including the occupant of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave., have realized they can do pretty much what they want and it will take years to be undone through the court or legislative s...

Re: Keeping gun in holster
Someone asking to "fondle" my loaded gun tells me a LOT about them. I would politely decline.

Re: Resource One CU 30.07 Is this a a legal sign?
Funny how so many people seem to have an answer to a question that has never been answered.
Until a case goes to court and is adjudicated, there is NO correct answer.

Have any of the OC'ers gone to the zoo yet? If so, what happened?

Re: Open Carry - Thanks for nothing!
The results lead me to ask... Why in the world did TSRA and other pro-gun groups spend precious political capitol supporting this disaster?

That's good news! I have been a loyal Freeman Mazda customer for 25 years and would hate to have to shop elsewhere.

If it is not legal, I don't think they will be keeping it up for long! $$$

Seems to me, if they are mixing in 30.07 wording, it must be a new sign that they intend on keeping up. ?

Charles - I am curious. Are you getting the response that you expected? No, not at all. Only 91 people have signed up and some didn't complete the donation process. It's not at all encouraging. Chas. Charles, Please be patient, with hope. This is a VERY important issue for CHL holders. It is my NUM...

Re: Addison Oktoberfest - Improper posting
Not the whole city. The whole park (which is completely fenced in). I ran into issues with the local ice rink that has a bar upstairs. When they mapped their license, it covered the whole building and thus the 51% signs were on the front door of the building. Surely there are 51% issues at this event.

Re: Addison Oktoberfest - Improper posting
This event is primarily a beer drinking event. I would assume someone has to hold a TABC license to sell. Has anyone looked at the license map for his event? I would assume they mapped the whole park and it would be 51%.

Re: Armed robbery at UTA
You are a CHL instructor and you do not know the answer to your question?! Or are you just asking for a second opinion? To my knowledge, there has never been a case adjudicated regarding prohibited carry on a college campus.
