I have not read through all of the official stuff.. but what would keep the manufacturers from changing something in the load (like make it 63gr or 61gr) and circumvent a ban like this ?
Also does this outlaw the production of the bullet or the full cartridge ? Could you still buy the 62gr steel tip and load your own ?
Just questions ..
