I am sure they do not get contacted via email, letter and call as many tiems wanting better roads or cleaner air and they do about delays in CHL apps lol!
When I contacted my state rep., his office helped to push my application through, but they also told me they were working on getting extra manpower to clear the Harris county backlog.
