Re: Zimmerman/Martin Shooting in Texas Analysis

My proposed theory is supported by as much evidence as any of the theories that George drew first blood.

Personally I think there was a second gunman on the grassy knoll.

Wienerdogtroy wrote: If the shooter started the fight and the shootie was believing HIS life was in jeopardy then this analysis is not correct.
If the police shot Trayvon while he was pounding George's head on the ground then this analysis is not correct.

Re: Zimmerman/Martin Shooting in Texas Analysis

This thread is about a hypothetical situation in Texas.

There are already 2 or 3 threads to discuss the actual Zimmerman case, so can we please keep blurry Florida vdeos and allegations of Florida LEO corruption in those threads?

Re: Zimmerman/Martin Shooting in Texas Analysis

I agree the grand jury will have more facts than anybody on Internet forums or the the MSM.

However, this thread was supposed to be about a hypothetical situation in Texas. There are already 2 or 3 threads to discuss the actual case, so can we please keep blurry vdeos and allegations of LEO corruption in those threads?

Re: Zimmerman/Martin Shooting in Texas Analysis

Suppose a police officer at a neighborhood meeting suggests women shouldn't jog alone at night.

If a women is attacked while jogging alone at night, does she lose the ability to claim self defense? I don't think so.

If she's wearing tight clothes and the assault is sexual, did she provoke the attack? I don't think so.

In Texas.
