I was going to the Hobby Airport in Houston. As I approarched the main doors I saw a trio of signs one of which was a firearm sign, (no where near 30.06 looking) it looked like the letter "L" with the long leg of the "L" facing to the right and the short leg facing down with some added lines. I'm guessing it was supposed to look like a revolver. The lettering was mabey 1/4" tall. I saw no 30.06 signage on the main doors. Walked in got my Aunt rolled her out and went home.

CHL and Picking Up Relative At Airport
I have tried to read through the CHL law book I got when I took my class and it is confusing in certian areas. So here is my question.
I have to go and pick up a relative at the airport this afternoon. I know I can't CHL past the security checkpoint. Can I leagally carry in the ticket counter/baggage/passenger pick-up area? Or is the entire airport offlimits? Where would I find this info in my 2005-2006 Texas CHL Laws Handbook?
