Wanna bet? Ask a few of the LEOs on this forum if firing shots at a fleeing vehicle is just A-OK? Then ask them the myriad charges they could file against you for doing that. Then ask them about the top-level felonies you WOULD be charged with if your haphazardly fired rounds had struck an innocent person.

im not the one that keeps bringing up my old threads
i admitted that it was a mistake

you guys are confusing my previous thread with this thread
i did not pull my gun
i put my hand on the butt of the gun whenever i saw him lift up his shirt to tighten his pants

when I shot at the car that hit me and took off I did not have a chl
it was my first car that I paid for myself
the police probably would not have done anything about it
yea it was a dumb idea but I was angry
this happened about 4 1/2 years ago
I don't go around shooting at people now that i have my chl
I think I've matured a bit since then
just because of my previous posts and past doesn't make me trigger happy now
you guys are making it seem like if I came up to yalls car and kicked a big dent in it y'all would be ok with it

yesterday as i was leaving walmart, the car that was parked next to my car's door was open touching my passenger side bumper rear panel area. i had to close his door to open the car door for my girlfriend. then i looked at my car and there were two scratches that lined up from where his door hit my car. so i told the guy "hey your door scratched my car". he kept denying it saying someone else did it and i am just blaming him. so he opens his door and saw that where his door meets my car it was scratched and he still denied it. no im sorry it was an accident. thats when he started to get aggressive. he pulled his shirt up and his hand went straight towards his waistband. i stepped back and put my hand on the butt of my gun and realize he was tightening his belt so his pants dont fall down because he was getting ready for a fight. once he saw what i was grabbing for he got in his car and left.

so if i had some pepper spray on me and he didnt know i was carrying. when would i be allowed to use it? assuming after he tightened his belt he started advancing towards me?
