My employer has a similar notation in the employee manual. I carry, they know I carry. It's not a big issue. It's an authorized weapon (by the State of Texas), it's not illegal and it's only dangerous if I need it to be.
Criteria is met. I would suggest keep it well concealed and say nothing. Offer to take your co-workers and supervisor to the range. Spreading knowledge is the best way to rid ourselves of things like this.
