I work with a guy that has "ring" sized holes in his ears, with earrings in them. I know it is hard to picture, but it basically looks like a big hole in his earlobe with a "ring" holding the opening open. It's like the pictures you would see of the tribes in Africa that would put larger and larger rings in their ears. I have seem some weird piercings, but this white dude looked weird.
