Okay, I admit to being thoroughly confused.

Why was Governor Moonbeam signing on to all the pro-2A amendments when he was recently the AG of the state of CA? Now he appears to be doing the opposite. Was he simply pandering to the conservative right of CA in his quest to become Governor once again?
