I go there about once or twice a month. If those are the rules, they are not tightly enforcing them. They seem to just charge you whatever rate is more expensive. Keep in mind that they have a number of ranges, so if you take some pistols and rifles you pay for those separately (a charge per range, not per gun). I have never felt that they were robbing me. I know that I have seen my own party and others take 3 or 4 handguns and lay them all out on the bench.
