I wonder why there's a difference. The article clearly does not state '...owners to openly brandish their guns in public.' it states '...owners to openly carry their guns in public.'.

I'm guessing they caught the mistake before press.

I got to admit that this website has made me try to fact-check alot of things I never did before. I just need to be consistent. I jumped right on this bandwagon.

That was my first impression, but assuming that Rauf leans "anti-gun", the term "brandish" is a much more visually-terrifying way to describe open-carry. I bet it is deliberate.
