Every apartment I've ever leased has that written in there. Just don't bring up, you never know who's listening in the office either.
Also make sure your safe (assuming you have one) is wrapped in packing paper or boxed, so the neighbors don't see you moving it in. I bolt them to the wall and or floor, just have to patch the holes when I move out.
I did get some eyebrows raised when the office got a large (1500 rds) shipment of ammo for me, but ended up taking the manager out to shoot, now she has a gun and is learning...
I have seen several apartments primarily in Addison and North Dallas (I used to deliver pizza there) that have gunbusters, 'No Weapons', or non compliant 30.06 signs (too small or no spanish). I have yet to see one with a valid posting.
