I think at 90-120 days to complete, does one day matter? I mailed my from San Antonio, delivery receipt requested, and it only took a day to get there. It may not have been picked up that exact day but at most the next. Who am I kidding? If I could shave an hour off...... Do not send your applicati...

Newb here, 
I finally sent in my packet via certified mail. I received the receipt showing DPS got it on 5-22. Now all that's left is the wait! According to all the posts I've been reading I may need to pull up a chair for the wait.
