If you intend to get a 1911, or most any other automatic that has pretty much the same grip angle, then I'd stay away from Glocks.

My thoughts too for exactly the same reasons.

Glocks are beautifully engineered highly reliable tools - but their ergonomics are horrible and haven't much changed for the better in nearly 40 years, while other manufacturers have caught up on reliability and polymer frames and are light years ahead in ergonomics.

This gun is a nearly perfect balance among power, ergonomics, safety (grip safety), capacity and concealability - after the 1911, of course!
