That brings up an interesting point of debate though. Let's try this with another scenario and see how if plays out from a blame standpoint...

Let's say that two people are in a car and the non-driver tells the driver that he's driving too slow since everyone else is passing them, so he should drive faster even though he is already at the speed limit. So, the driver speeds up and next thing he knows, there's some blue lights flashing in his rear view mirror. Who is responsible for the ticket? The driver or the passenger?

Let's say that two kids are in a store and one tells / dares the other to shoplift some small item. Who is going to be charged with the shoplifting? The person who actually took the item or the person who tells / dares him to do it?

In this case, the "kid" had been repeatedly warned not to go to any girl's house where the parents did not know him. He did it anyway and to top it off, he did it at 02:30 or so. By what stretch of the imagination did he not think that *really* bad things could happen if he got caught? And to top it off, he did not follow the directions of the owner of the house to the letter and made a sudden move.
Who was responsible for the unauthorized fruit consumption in the garden of Eden -Adam or Eve?
