I read that you have to heat up your gun parts in order to use Frog Lube - I have no idea if this is true, but if is, I wouldn't want to go to the bother...
My next lubricant to try is Fireclean.
If you're in a hurry you can achieve pretty much the same effect with a good hair dryer.
IMHO, it is worth the effort.
