:iagree: It looked to me like a "pratfall". :iagree: Same message.
If it was, he was even more reckless and less with it than he looks if it was a straightforward accident.
Who knows? Maybe, I just have a suspicious nature. ;-)
You could well be right because I didn't see anything the guy was doing that was worth preserving on video. Then again, the clip was so short that whatever happened around the incident might have helped it make sense as a video subject other than a stated incident.

Without further information, we'll probably never know for sure.

Did he get good hits?
Since he unintentionally discharged a firearm twice without an identified intended target, by definition he got two hits on one or more unintended targets.

Whether those hits were good or not is a matter of opinion.

The cameraman wouldn't have been laughing if he'd stopped one of those rounds.

My pleasure.

Discussions are interesting but inconclusive.

A video like this tends to clarify things in a way words never will.

Why We Have Rule #3

Those who aren't sure if Rule #3 (keep your finger outside the trigger guard until you're on target and have made a decision to fire) is really necessary should take a moment to review this extremely short video clip.

Despite the scoffing from some "experts", you can see for yourself whether involuntary hand clenching due to loss of balance happens or not, and whether or not the force involved is sufficient to cause an ND.
