Police Negligent Discharge During Arrest

Negligent discharge of a firearm during physical exertion or a struggle is not an accident - it's a very high likelihood negligently caused event if one has his finger on the trigger before a decision to fire has been made.

This incident that occurred in Boise, ID is just another reminder that the involuntary clenching of the opposite hand that happens when you clench the other will fire a gun held in that hand if a finger is on the trigger.
