Just trying to help. I'm just repeating some of the comments I heard on the con call this morning. They are not my opinions.
This is ONE topic on ONE conference call and you're asking for thousands of CHL members on this board to change their habits; a change, already mentioned, that would, in no way, curb the behavior of others across the country.
That's a bit of a knee-jerk reaction, don't you think?

Businesses will do what they want to do for the business.
Some things will be very good and some will be very bad, depending on how thorough and accurate the analysis of the situation.

As said earlier, Starbucks made a good analysis and their business benefited.
Others have made bad decisions (even gun related businesses like CTD) and they've been burned severly - most likely permanently.

In America, we have a myriad of choices on where to spend our bucks....WalMart, Target, Kohls, etc.

If one company makes it effortless to do business with them, that's who gets the income.
Others who put down roadblocks or hinderances, they get left out; and the bottom line will quickly show it.

When businesses make changes, be it advertisments or changes to store hours or changes to conditions required to shop there, they track the day-over-day, week-over-week and month-over-month sales to see the impact.

When a (well-run) business sees a sharp drop (or increase) in customer traffic, sales, etc.
they quickly tie it back to the change and try to recreate it or avoid it.
If not, then they can answer to their shareholders and stakeholders about the matter.
