yeah, I saw the "application completed, certificate active" on the DPS website last Friday (the 15th). I hadn't checked it in a couple of weeks so I was REALLY excited.

Now it's the 22nd and I still don't have my plastic...

The 3 month wait wasn't as bad as this last week.

Last Friday (the 15th) the website said that my application was completed, license issued or certificate active.

How long till I get the plastic? I still haven't received it as of 7/22 6PM.

well, for me it took a little less than 3 months.

... of course I have an immaculate criminal and credit record.

Well, I just received my PIN.

Is there a lag time between PIN receipt and activation?

5/21 took CHL class 5/23 Mailed packet via certified mail 6/20 Hadn't received PIN yet so I emailed DPS 6/23 DPS responds saying that my application has not yet been entered into the system. 7/02 DPS says that it takes 8-12 weeks to just receive the application. is this normal? 3 months to begin the...
