I have a question related to my PSC renewal and am sorry if this isn't the proper sub forum... I renewed my membership on 5-22-15 and received my receipt # and confirmation email...but on 5-27-15 I received an email saying that I had not yet renewed my membership. Who should I contact regarding this?

I need to renew my psc-range membership but do not have a computer at the moment and also I forgot my username/password to the psc site...who and how do I contact someone to help/guide me thru to renewal?
I haven't been to the site for a long time until today on my work computer...
