Just when I thought I figured out what the order and processing times are... 
They are just all over the place. Some people would get thiers within a month of the "processing application" status, other would see 3 months, other would take 3 months before they even get their pin and entered in the system, and other get their plastics in 60 days... 
just total inconsistency and chaos.
