I had a similar issue the two times I shot a Subcompact Glock (26 and 27). It seemed as though, when I was squeezing the trigger, I was pushing the entire weapon to the left. I had to adjust my finger placement and place more finger on the trigger than I am used to. I have always learned to only place the tip of your finger, before the first joint, on the trigger. With the 26/27, I had to go to the joint itself. It gave me greater control but felt as weird as weird can.
I may still have the incorrect form, but this worked for me.
