Well, the whole thing is...if the guy on the bike had just kept his mouth shut and went on by the cops they probably would not have even noticed him. We all know that when we are carrying that we should never draw attention to ourselves, in dress, in word, or behavior. It is a shame that a CHL holder would do something like this...as someone has already said, it does make us all look bad.

Why he would say something like that to the police and then run from them is beyond me.
