I think what she meant was that a LEO may use his/her firearm on different circumstances. ie: Seeing the BG shooting at civilians, and the BG coming straight at them. Civilians however usually use his/her firearm when his/her life is in danger. So the chances of LEO using his/her weapon is far greater than the typical civilian, thus skewed the hit ratio data.

I could be wrong though.

I'm also a true believer of practice as much as one can. I believe it is the duty for everyone who carries to place their shots accurately to avoid collateral damage.

Only my wallet knows how much $$ I've spent on ammo, reloading equipment and materials just to practice often. :lol:
