Somerville Lake

We are heading up to Birch Creek state park for a bit. Inside the park is legal to carry, but once on the lake it is a big no. Correct??? I hate the idea of leaving weapons behind in a travel trailer or truck unattended.

I had family issues and was not near a pc that I could use for a day or two. Our fishing trip to Lake Calaveras was put off and we were unable to make it down to San Antonio for our fishing trip. I guess so not sure how far that is from where we will be at the lake. I figured we would come in on 10 and hit 1604 to get to the lake. I am not San Antonio driving savy if you know what I mean.

I recently renewed my license as mine will be expiring on my upcoming birthday, should be here in a day or two as it was just mailed. My question is which license do I use as I will have two in hand. Do they deactivate my current license?

Lonestar is the only range in that area I am aware of. Be there on the 26th with Ross and Dottie to do me renewl, great people. AND my wife is joing the ranks, I am proud of her!!! :txflag:

I work for a hospital in Austin and our garages have never been posted. I bought an older Honda Accord to commute and my biggest fear is theft of the gun. Security does make rounds in the garage and I have never heard of any issues, but it still worries me.
