If the primer is dented, but did not fire, I would think it is just a bad batch of ammo. I'd try a different brand. The Winchester White Box bulk (WWB) is a good, reliable brand that is pretty cheap (~$26/100 rounds) at Walmart. I've put over 1500 rounds of it through my 27 with 0 problems. If the problems persist, then I'd call Glock. Break in times are more for the 1911 crowds.
*EDIT* I also ate hamburger helper for 2 months in order to scrape together the money for the CHL class and permit fee for my new wife. Her safety was paramount. Just my $0.02.
