I think he is dead. I went to look up the name and it says he died in 2016. So he is off the board at this point. Truth be told, I am betting there are many law enforcement personal that would love an unarmed population.anygunanywhere wrote: ↑Sat Mar 05, 2022 7:44 amJackson is a Obummer dumbocrat boot licking commie and the NRA should ban his commie tail from the board.puma guy wrote: ↑Fri Mar 04, 2022 11:31 pm I just saw that interview with Joaquin Jackson. I had to laugh out loud when I head his comments about limiting capacity to 5 rounds. I can't believe a Texas Ranger would make a statement like that. My Marlin 336's hold 6 rounds of 30-30 with an one in the chamber for 7 total. Not to mention many other rifles that hold more than 5 rounds. CMP shouldn't be selling MI Garands according to him. Sorry to bring up an old post; I couldn't help myself.

Re: A little more of the NRA is being told
For someone to claim they are pro 2nd amendment but anti NRA show a certain level of ignorance that is very difficult to understand. If not for the NRA, we would no longer have private ownership of firearms and that is a fact! The NRA has fought hard over the years to hold back the forces that would have us all disarmed.Nagorg wrote: ↑Sun Nov 03, 2019 9:01 am I'm amazed at the anti-NRA stance I have been seeing on several forums. Honestly, I can understand it based on the references I'm pointed to when I try to rally support. I have to wonder if at least some of it is part of a grand plot to undermine the NRA but other things are hard to dispute.
I am a long time supporter of the NRA. That's not gonna change but I'd like to find info to help refute the bashing I continue to see on otherwise Pro-2A sites.
Think of it like this, if there was no NRA, who or what would have kept politicians from instituting any anti gun legislation they decided was emotionally called for over the years?
