Quite frankly, it is a disgusting display considering the sign is to memorialize a young child who was brutally killed. Pretty stupid on their part posing in front of a bullet ridden sign with firearms. The implication is that they vandalized the sign themselves. Does it rise to criminal? Maybe vandalism? It does not say anywhere that they shot up the sign so I am going with they simply posed for a photo as some kind of stupid prank.
On a side note. I don't get why folks are vandalizing the sign to begin with. Doing this does come across as racist in my opinion.
