I also disagree with number two. Old Gringo is never wrong but this time he might be. I have read threads on this very forum discussing the merits of shooting a bad guy to get your valuables back. I am not saying I think it is a good idea or bad idea, mind you. I am just saying I believe a person might be "legally" covered in a shooting in this situation.

Let us know how this works out when y'all shoot somebody in front of Wal-Mart at noon on payday Saturday for stealing your cookie money. Inquiring minds need to know.....
