Good Lord!!! If nothing else, something like that would make me question owning rental properties. Glad it worked out for you. Maybe you have already considered it and I know little or nothing about the process of renting out a property, but have you considered a lease management company to handle the rentals for you? From the outside looking in, it seems like it would be worth the fees if one could avoid dealing with whack jobs.

In this particular situation, I don't know that I would have said this to him. It can be construed as a challenge by the person you are saying it to. This could have caused the situation to escalate. When in a confrontation with someone, I try real hard not to say anything that might cause the other party to feel as if they need to prove their manhood.tiger1873 wrote:....................... You could have said the same words in a very stern voice without issuing the threat of physical violence. Here is another way of looking at it. Why give the other guy a fair warning about what is coming if they don't back off?
